Please e-mail us (info@casabluewind.com), call or fax us with your group's preferred arrival and departure dates with total number of dates and guests. We will promptly respond back to you letting you know if your dates are available and confirm them pending receipt of payment as outlined below.

Our Guest Calendar shows all currently available dates and previously reserved dates. Any day that is reserved is based on the NIGHT that is taken. We DO NOT block off dates on the Guest Calendar or fully confirm dates until we have received a deposit as outlined below. We work on a first moneys in basis to be fair to all parties.
* 50% of the total rental is due at time of booking.
* The final 50% of the total rental plus a refundable $500 damage/security deposit are due no later than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
* Bookings made approximately 30 days or less before the scheduled arrival date will require 100% payment of total rental fee plus the $500 security deposit at time of booking.
* The $500 damage/security deposit will be refunded within 10 business days after your scheduled departure date assuming the Villa is returned in its original condition with no damage to the Villa or property missing.
* We accept payments via Credit Cards (AmEx, Visa, MasterCard, Discover), Personal Check or Money Order.
* Mail or courier deliver all payments as follows:

* Please note there are no refunds for any reason for cancellations or no-shows after booking, nor rain checks or re-bookings provided for missed dates.
* Bookings are not confirmed until the first 50% is actually received.
* IMPORTANT: We book on a first moneys received basis, not in order of first requested dates.
