Casa Blue Wind is available for vacation rentals year round including all Holidays. 

Please note only Christmas and New Year's Weeks have special Holiday rates.  All other Holiday periods throughout the year (Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving) are the same rates as the seasonal rates posted below.

The Villa can be rented by the day, week or longer based on availability and the Season. 

Casa Blue Wind offers one of the best values in all of Manuel Antonio when you compare our central location, classic postcard view of the Manuel Antonio National Park and Pacific Ocean, size of home and property, full size private pool, modern amenities and room for up to 10 Guests!

The Upper Level can be booked separately at a reduced rate for up to 4 Guests. 

Please note that we DO NOT rent out nor owner occupy the Lower Level with an Upper Level only rental.  This assures your group exclusive use of the entire property while vacationing at CBW.

All rates are subject to change without notice until booked.  Dates are not confirmed until payment is received.

High Season-December 1 to April 30

$1,400 for upper level only

Daily Rates

$300 per night  for entire Villa

$200 per night for upper level only

High Season Holiday Rates

$2,800 per week Christmas and New Year's

Green Season-May 1 to November 30

Weekly Rate

$1,750 for entire Villa

$1,200 for upper level only

Daily Rates

$250 per night for entire Villa

$175 per night for upper level only

We DO NOT charge different rates for Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, or any other Holiday Period during the Green Season.
