Casa Blue Wind is a rustic Spanish Mediterranean style 4 Bedroom Ocean View Villa nestled high above Manuel Antonio National Park and the Pacific Ocean.
Set in a Lush Tropical Setting, our Villa is ideal for Family, Group or Romantic Vacations.
The Villa provides our Guests with the classic indoor/outdoor Costa Rican lifestyle at an affordable rate.
Our Home is available for Vacation Rentals year-round including all Holidays.

You have the choice of Two Rate Options. The Standard Seasonal Rate for the entire Villa or a
Reduced Seasonal Rate for the Upper Level only.
The Upper Level only Reduced Seasonal Rate is good for up to 4 Guests.
There are Two Seasons. The High Season runs from December 1 to April 30. The Green Season begins May 1 and ends November 30. See our "Rates" page to view your rate options.

Casa Blue Wind is a 2,500 Square Foot home built on a 10,000 square foot Ocean View Property.
We and our dedicated staff take great pride in the regular maintenance and periodic upgrading of our Villa for the comfort and enjoyment of our valued Guests. Over the last few years we've completed numerous remodel and renovation projects including updated bathrooms, updated kitchen, new door and window systems, new A/C units, pool deck resurfacing, full interior pool restoration, new lighting inside and out, new furniture and new ceiling fans to name just a few.

The Centerpiece of Casa Blue Wind is its large covered Upper Level Veranda. Our Guests are treated to dead on weather protected views of Manuel Antonio National Park and the Mighty Pacific.

Casa Blue Wind has one of the largest residential Pools in the area. The Pool deck is covered with beautiful non-slip ceramic rock tiles. The Pool itself features sparkling blue ceramic tiles top to bottom. Create fun memories whipping up your favorite Tropical concoctions under the Sunken Rancho Bar or swim up to an Underwater Bar Stool to enjoy a cold beverage in the 6' deep end.

The Villa's updated Kitchen offers granite counter tops, duel sink with high quality sprayer faucet, Ocean and Garden views, ceiling fan and ample cabinet space. There is direct service to the outdoor dining area.
We provide matched plate and bowl sets, flatware, cups, tumblers, coffee mugs, cookware, quality cutlery, mixing and serving bowls, platters, storage containers and a large assortment of utensils and gadgets.
The major GE stainless steel appliances include a large duel door Refrigerator/Freezer (indoor water/ice dispenser), Electric Oven/Range and under cabinet Microwave/Convection Oven.
The small appliances include a 4-Slot Toaster, 12-Cup Coffee Maker, Large Rice Cooker/Steamer, Multiple Blenders, Coffee Grinder and Electric Can Opener.

The Lower Veranda is another great spot to relax and enjoy the spectacular Ocean, Park and Jungle views. There's direct veranda access from both the Toucan Room and the Sleeping Porch.

Our local Property Manager is readily available and very helpful. He's an American expatriate who has worked and lived with his family in the area for over 17 years. He speaks the local Tico Spanish fluently. CBW's Property Manager is an expert in setting up adventure tours with only the most reputable operators at the best values. This includes everything from deep sea fishing charters to canopy tours to guided nature tours through Manuel Antonio National Park. Our Property Manager is a wonderful people-person who's eager to share his wealth of knowledge on everywhere to explore, visit, eat, drink, shop, spa and see.
We provide one complimentary maid service per each 7 nights stay. Additional maid service is available at reasonable rates, including daily maid service upon request. Just let us know if you'd like daily maid service and we'll include a quote in your rate!
Our local Tica maid is an excellent cook of authentic local fare. She would be happy to cook any meals (breakfast, lunch and/or dinner) and handle dish duties. You can schedule cooking services directly with our Property Manager before or during your stay. Our Property Manager also has a list of independent local chefs at varying rates if you'd prefer something a bit more upscale or even gourmet. The list can be provided to you before you arrive or at Casa Blue Wind.
We can provide prior arrival shopping services to have the refrigerator and cupboards stocked when you first get to Casa Blue Wind. Just send us your shopping list a few days before your arrival date and we'll do the rest. We'll provide the initial funds locally to secure your groceries and supplies. You can then conveniently settle up directly with our Property Manager when you check in.
Our Property Manager is always delighted to arrange ground transportation to and from the San Jose international airport to Casa Blue Wind or anywhere within Costa Rica free of charge.
